Learn About The Carroll Center Summer Programs for Youth
We’re excited to share several upcoming opportunities for families and caregivers of visually impaired youth ages 8–25 to learn more about the Carroll Center for the Blind’s summer programs.
Join any of the sessions below to hear directly from our expert staff about the programs your child can take part in this summer. Each session offers a different way to learn, ask questions, and connect with our team.
In-Person Event – Dining With Your Senses:
Families are invited to take part in a fun, hands-on blindfolded breakfast experience designed for the whole family. This in-person event offers opportunities to build practical skills that support independence and confidence, connect with other families, tour our classrooms and dorms, and learn more about our summer programs.

Can’t make it to any of these sessions?
If you’re unable to attend but would still like to learn more about our summer programs, we’d be happy to connect one-on-one. Please email Tina Laffer at tina.laffer@carroll.org to schedule a conversation.
We hope you’ll join us for one (or more!) of these opportunities and look forward to sharing more about how the Carroll Center supports visually impaired youth on their path to independence.
