St. Paul, MN – April 17, 2014 – AbleNet, Inc. announced today the acquisition of the assets of the IntelliTools® product line from Kurzweil /IntelliTools, a business unit of Cambium Learning® Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ABCD). IntelliTools is an industry-leading technology provider for preK-8 students requiring differentiated instruction and alternative means of accessing the curriculum. IntelliTools is widely known for its revolutionary programmable alternative keyboard IntelliKeys® as well as its versatile software for instruction and assessment, IntelliTools® Classroom Suite.
